True Sports will provide a one-time repair or replacement within 90 days from the original date of purchase for stock skate boot damage that occurs during normal playing conditions. True Sports will provide a one-time repair or replacement within 12 months from the original date of purchase for stock skate holder/runner/chassis damage that occurs during normal playing conditions.
True Sports will not honor warranty claims on equipment that has been purchased from an unauthorized retailer, presented without valid proof of purchase, outside of its limited warranty period, subjected to gratuitous abuse (ripped, cut, torn, etc.), misused, damaged by neglect (including prolonged exposure to inclement weather), repaired or modified outside of True Sports customer service, improperly cared for, or mishandled during the return process.
