Core Construction

Lightweight, Flexible Core w/ Stiff Thigh Rise: Brians' new, lightweight core offers improved leg pad response with an overall more mobile feel. Combined with a stiffened thigh rise, the Iconik X leg pads offer a softer, Hybrid-like flex with a rebound-forward, flat face, and confident butterfly seal.

Single Internal Break w/ Solid Outer Roll: The Iconik X's new leg pad core is built to offer a balance of flex with a rigid outer roll and thigh rise, optimized for coverage. Featuring a single break, internally broken below the knee, the Iconik X leg pads' more flexible build allows them to better move with the goalie.

Inner Edge and Outer Roll

Primo-Slide Sliding Edge: Rigid foams reinforce each inner edge to provide a wider, more stable surface area to land, slide, and control the crease. Complemented by Brians' proprietary Primo-Slide, a cross-textured, low-friction sliding material that covers each sliding edge to give slides an unmatched quickness.

One-piece Knee Block w/ Har-Suede Knee Cradle: New for the Iconik X leg pads, a one-piece knee block provides a more consistent balance point, topped with a durable, Har-Suede to offer improved grip. Har-Suede also lines each knee cradle for a soft, premium feel. Offering improved durablity with a more direct response, each knee block is wrapped in Primo-Slide.

Fit and Comfort

Streamlined Leg Channel: Redesigned from the previous generation G-Netik Pro V leg pads, the leg channel on the Iconik X leg pads debuts a streamlined design with lightweight, breathable padding. The new streamlined leg channels and materials give these pads a lightweight feel with quicker rotation.

Brian's Smart Toe Bungee Ties w/ Smart Strap Boot: Brian's included Smart Toe Bungee toe ties secure the pads while allowing the skates a greater range-of-motion; offering improving edge control and greatly reducing lower body strain. Additionally, the Iconik X leg pads include Brian's Smart Strap boot strap.

Personalized Fit: Brian's Iconik calf wrap design secures each leg with adjustable elastic strapping that makes it easy to dial in your preferred tension. Featuring built-in tabs to accommodate Pro 2 knee pad integration and a removable knee wing.

Laced-in, 35° break: Brians' unique 35° break angle projects a wide hand opening, laced through the palm to ensure a crisp and consistent fingertip-to-mid-thumb closure.

Double T Web: Wide Double T, maximizes pocket depth and volume

SBA Floating Wrist Strap: Floating wrist strap secures the wrist with minimal cuff binding for a more mobile feel; complimented by a premium, non-slip, SBA (Synthetic suede) lining.

Bindingless, Segmented Backhand Protection: Segmented padding provides the necessary backhand protection without compromising the gloves' snappy, game ready closure.

AirKnit Finger Gussets: The Iconik X glove's fingerstalls are comprised of a lightweight, breathable mesh, to help this glove feeling cool and comfortable.

Beveled Thumb: Beveled cuff-thumb shaped to help direct pucks into the pocket. One-piece cuff-thumb construction offers improved durability with reduced flex.

Board Construction

Flared Board w/ Beveled Nose: The Iconik X blocker board features a steep flare that offers improved directional control; beveled at the nose, the Iconik X blocker's new board also allows for improved paddle-down positioning.

Squared, Balanced Board Profile: To improve weight distribution, the Iconik X blocker is built around a squared, balanced board profile. In practice, its improved balance gives the Iconik X blocker a nimble, more responsive feel.

Finger and Hand Protection

Bindingless, High Density Sidewall: Bindingless HD sidewall internally laced to reduce flex between the board and sidewall. Lined with High Density impact foams to absorb and deaden the puck's impact to control stray pucks and prevent hand injury.

Molded High Density Finger Protection w/ Hinged HD Thumb: The Iconik X blocker protects the fingers with flat board, High Density finger protection; combined with a hinged, High Density thumb to ensure proper finger and thumb protection with less-restrictive paddle movements.

Fit and Mobility

Reinforced Palm: The Iconik X blocker features a premium, synthetic suede palm, reinforced over the center of the palm and index finger with an embossed suede. Similar to True's SureGrip, the embossed suede layer helps to provide a moisture-resistant grip with improved durability.

Traditional Strapping: A durable Velcro strap secures the wrist, padded in Brians' breathable, AirKnit mesh to ensure a snug and comfortable fit.

Wide Cuff: A wide cuff allows for less-restrictive blocker positioning with reduced binding between the blocker cuff and chest protector sleeves.
