We are based out
of Southern California, so choose your shipping times

All AIR orders placed prior to
11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship
that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes we receive
so many orders that we may take an additional day to process your
order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call
us). Any order placed after11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the
following non-holiday Monday.

That pick-ups are
Monday-Friday only. Overnight orders that
ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you
choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will NOT ship to
PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders shipped via UPS are subject

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original
shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the

(sharpened skates are NOT exchangeable nor returnable).**
-Exchanges: We
understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time,
therefore, GoalieMonkey.com™
will gladly exchange any products purchased
from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information.
Customer must pay for shipping both directions!
-Refunds:
Refund returns are subject to a 10%
restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please note that
the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer
regardless of whether the original shipping was free(i.e.
customer orders a skate for $150 with free shipping...the customer
will receive a refund of $150 minus the 10%, minus $10 for original
shipping).

-$150.00 & Over: 7% Restocking + Incurred cost of shipping by

-Express Exchange:
Express service is available for a 5% surcharge (minimum $5). If
upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out
immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your
credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no "Free
Shipping" on exchanges) and the 5% surcharge; then, when the
original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the
original item. There are several costs to us for doing this...thus
the 5% service charge.
All products sold by

are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory
warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed
damaged or used please report this to us immediately.
NO returns will
be accepted of used items! Please, when trying skates on,
only wear them indoors on carpet.
All returns to GoalieMonkey.com™ will require
a return authorization form. NO returns will be accepted without
this form, please call us for any returns or exchanges so that we
can provide you with an authorized return number.
*NOTE: Any returns
without this number on the box will be refused at the cost of
the shipper!
**Special orders, Team Orders, or
Other Special Accommodations are NOT returnable nor exchangeable for any reason.**

ALL tags must be attached and original packaging must be included
with returned items.
-We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please
allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit
