The above charges are per
shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
AIR
ORDERS
All AIR orders placed prior to
11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship
that same day (assuming all items are
in-stock). Sometimes
due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your
order.
(If you need a product by a specific date then please call
us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday
will be shipped the
following non-holiday Monday.
PICKUPS
Orders
leaving GoalieMonkey.com® are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that
ship
on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you
choose the Saturday delivery option.
SHIPPING TO PO
BOXES
UPS will
not ship to
PO Boxes,
please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will
be charged
the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a
15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject
to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on

RETURN POLICY: |
All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original
shipping date.
All items must be new, unused, and in the
original box
and packaging. Please make sure the item(s) you wish
to return
meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.
RETURN
INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEMS Sharpened Skates are NOT Exchangeable or Returnable.
Do
not sharpen skates until you are sure that
they fit correctly. Custom Orders, Special Orders, Team Orders, or
Other Special Accommodations are
NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Jocks/Undergarments
are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.
HOW
TO RETURN AN ITEM

accept any
returns without an Return
Authorization Number.
All Packages without an Authorized Return Number
will be refused!

Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Skate Box or Shoe Box. Doing so will result in
the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will
result in the exchange being denied.

we do not sell used merchandise and we would
not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.
EXCHANGES:
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore,
GoalieMonkey.com® will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for
return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.
This policy does not include
Custom Equipment, please speak
with a customer service agent to ensure you order the correct size.
REFUNDS:
Refund
returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the original cost
of shipping.
Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the
original shipping was free (i.e. customer orders a skate for $150 with free shipping...the customer will receive
a refund of $150 minus the 10%, minus $10 for original shipping).
*NOTE: Refunds are subject to the following
fees:
-$150.00 & Under: 10% Restocking Fees
-$150.00 & Over: 7% Restocking + Incurred cost of shipping by
GoalieMonkey.com®.
EXPRESS
EXCHANGE:
Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the
customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your
credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the
5% service
charge; then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item. There
are several costs to us for doing this...thus the
5% service charge.
CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT
ITEMS:
Clearance
or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all
sales are
FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and
are sold on a first-come,
first-serve basis.
CUSTOM
ITEMS:
Custom Items are not
eligible for Returns or Refunds.
All products sold by
GoalieMonkey.com® are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory
warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us
immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items!
All
tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with
returned items.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your credit statement.
