AIR
ORDERS
All AIR orders placed prior to
11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship
that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the
following non-holiday Monday.
PICKUPS
Orders
leaving GoalieMonkey.com® are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that
ship
on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you
choose the Saturday delivery option.

UPS will
not ship to
PO Boxes,
please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will
be charged
the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a
5% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject

RETURN POLICY: |
All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original
shipping date.
All items must be new, unused, and in the
original box
and packaging.
Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return
meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.
RETURN
INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEMS Sharpened Skates are NOT Exchangeable or Returnable.
Donot sharpen skates until you are sure that
they fit correctly. Custom Orders, Special Orders, Team Orders, orOther Special Accommodations are
NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Jocks/Undergarmentsare Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.

TO RETURN AN ITEM

accept any returns without an Return
Authorization Number.
All Packages without an Authorized Return Number

PACKAGING
EXCHANGES:
GoalieMonkey.com® will gladly
accept exchanges on all non-clearance products within 30 days of
purchase. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer
must pay for shipping both directions. We will not accept exchanges on
custom goalie equipment or clearance items.
REFUNDS:
Refund
returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee plus the original cost
of shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer.
EXPRESS
EXCHANGE:
Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping
on exchanges); then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item.
CLEARANCE
ITEMS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Clearance
items can NOT be returned or exchanged. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and
are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Clearance Leg Pads and
Pants may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for an item of the
same type.
CUSTOM
ITEMS:
Custom Items are not
eligible for Returns or Refunds.
All products sold by
GoalieMonkey.com® are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory
warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if there is a problem
with your order please contact customer service as soon as possible. NO returns will be accepted of used items! All
tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with
returned items.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.
